The Launch of the latest in distance learning technology at
Ellesmere Port Catholic High School.
Our Learning Gateway is a sophisticated
learning management system linking pupils, staff, parents and
governors to a safe and secure education platform. The VLE
offers a personalised learning experience, tailored to the needs
of each individual pupil, and supports rich interaction anytime,
anywhere.
The Learning Gateway facilitates
collaborative working through forums, peer assessment, blogs,
wikis and chat. It provides the necessary tools for formal,
informal and self-marking assessment. Most of all, the Learning
Gateway provides an innovative, exciting way to enhance your
learning.
The Launch of our Virtual Learning Environment is our main focus
at present; however our public website is undergoing some vital
construction works. The new website will be closely linked with
our new VLE site offering a wealth of information.
